Dalton - Family Collection Shiraz (vormals Reserve Shiraz) Dalton Winery angebaut in GaliläaThe vineyards: The grapes for the Reserve Shiraz come from vineyards at an altitude of 750 meters in Kerem Ben Zimra. Wine Production: Due to the proximity of the vineyards to the winery, grapes were transported to the winery within minutes of harvest.
